No testing is not included in the cost of your consultation or packages.  However, should any test by required, I will first discuss test options with you during your consultation.

Packages are valid for 4 months.

This is dependent on each individual and what your health journey looks like. Most people begin to feel a change within a few weeks just from making small changes.

Have you tried numerous fad diets, medicines, and treatments with little or no relief? Find diets too restrictive and unsustainable? You haven’t got to the root cause of your concerns? You feel like you have exhausted your options and need help?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then it is likely that you would benefit from working with a nutritionist.

My practice is in Elstree at The Natural Gateway Clinic.  We can also have our consultations online.
